  21. Prepare 9 Cups Water

  23. Take 1/2 cup Ghee
  24. Make ready 1 cup sliced onion
  25. Make ready 6 Cloves
  26. Take 4 Cardamom
  27. Get 3 Cinnamon
  28. Make ready 1 TSP Black Pepper
  29. Prepare 1 TSP Black Cumin
  30. Make ready 2 TBS Ginger Paste
  31. Get 2 TBS Garlic Paste
  32. Take 1 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
  33. Make ready 1 TBS Green Chilli Paste
  34. Take 1 TBS Coriander Powder
  35. Prepare 1 TBS Salt
  36. Get Cooked Meat
  37. Make ready 1 cup Sour Curd
  38. Get 10 Cashew nuts
  39. Make ready 10 Raisins
  40. Make ready 4 Green Chilies
  41. Take 9 cup Beef Stock (the Yakhni we made before)
  42. Make ready 1 cup Tamarind juice (water+ Tamarind)
  43. Prepare 1 KG Basmati Rice (Long aromatic rice) Soak the rice
  44. Take Mint Leaves, Almond Nuts, Green Chilies (For Garnishing)
Instructions to make Yakhni Beef Pulau (Bangladesh):
  1. Prepare 'Masala Bag' by putting all the ingredients in the "Masala Bag" section into clean cotton is cloth and knot tightly.
  2. Add every ingredient from the "Beef Stock (Beef Yakhni)" section in a pressure cooker. Don't forget to put the 'Masala Bag' in it.
  3. Pressure Cook Till 6/7 whistles
  4. Separate the meats from the stock (Yakhni)
  5. From the "Rice Section" take the first 13 ingredients which are ghee to salt cook for 2/3 Min and add 1 cup beef stock (Yakhni). Cook for 5 min in medium flame.
  6. Add cooked meat, sour curd, cashews, raisins and green chilies. And fry for 10 min.
  7. Add 8 cup beef stock and 1 cup Tamarind juice. Stir and let it boil
  8. Add soaked rice to boiling stock and cook on high flame until the water almost dry's out.
  9. Garnish with Mint Leaves, Almond Nuts, Green Chilies and cover with pan lid.
  10. Put a heavy bottom pan(Tawa) under and cook for 30 min in low flame
