- Bring salted water to boil in a sauce pan
- Once boiled drop in the spaghetti - don’t break
- Boil for 10-15 minutes until tender
- Remove from flame. Pour in a strainer and pour through cold water until water comes out clean
- Meanwhile in a different pan (preferably non stick or cast iron), fry onion. Once succulent add the garlic and fry till ready. Add in the cherry tomatoes. and cook till tender
- Season with salt and curry powder
- Add in the boiled pasta and homemade ketchup, mix gently and simmer for a few minutes for the tastes to incorporate.
- Serve hot.. and enjoy
